The nose holds an eruption of fruits with more mellowed tones of dark coffee grind, malt and tapenade, almost verging on peat. Aromas of dark-skinned berried fruits flirt with dark liquorice and soy flavours.
On the palate, there are initial dark fruits of Christmas pudding or boiled fruitcake that then lead to impressions of graphite, iodine and black ink with a black pudding viscosity.
